WORKERS’ COMPENSATION
The basic premise is that Workers’ Disability Compensation Benefits are available to employees who incur an injury while in the course and scope of their employment. There are three types of benefits:
- Medical treatment which is both reasonable and necessary
- Wage loss which is approximately 80% of net average weekly wage.
- Vocational Rehabilitation
